Plans for Eight-Year Assessment Process

Annual Conference leaders made plans for the Eight-Year Assessment process as sanctioned by the 2016 General Conference during a training hosted by GBHEM. Leaders in attendance gained insights into clergy wellness, occupational burnout and spiritual vitality. read more

Course on Sustainable and Resilient Communities

United Methodist students are invited to participate in the Summer Sustainability Institute. This two-week intensive course immerses students into sustainability research and lectures at Boston University and Green Mountain College in Vermont. read more  

Making a Difference

Meagan O’Brien is a recipient of the Rev. Charles W. Tadlock Scholarship. She is a second-year Master of Divinity student at United Theological Seminary in Dayton, Ohio, and associate pastor at a local United Methodist church in her hometown, St. Louis, Missouri. read more

AC Leaders Registration Deadline Approaching

GBHEM is hosting a training event for Annual Conference Leaders in Collegiate Ministry. The training will be held April 23-26 in Nashville, Tennessee and will guide participants through the Holy Currencies model for sustainable missional ministries. read more
