Put Yourself Out There! College is the perfect time to rediscover yourself, meet new people, and expand your horizons. It can be scary to step outside of your comfort zone, but remember, youâre not alone! Everyone is navigating new experiences in their own way. Try something new, introduce yourself to someone, join a club, or attend an event. You never know where putting yourself out there might lead!
-
Make Time for the Things You Love: College can come with stress, chaos, and a lot of responsibilities. In the midst of it all, donât forget to make time for the things that bring you joy. Whether itâs a favorite hobby, spending time with friends, listening to music, working out, or simply taking some time for yourself, prioritize the things that help you feel grounded, recharged, and connected to who you are.
-
Give Yourself Grace: Youâre not expected to have everything figured out! This is your time to learn, grow, and make mistakes along the way. Celebrate your progress, learn from your challenges, and remember to give yourself the same patience and kindness that you would give to someone else.
|
There are 135 active Registered Student Organizations, up from 121 last year. This number will fluctuate but speaks to the opportunity OSE provides for students to create inclusive spaces for all students.
|
âSGA has truly been a transformative experience. Itâs helped me find my voice, strengthen my leadership skills, and connect more deeply with the campus community. Iâve learned how to advocate, how to collaborate, and how to lead with both purpose and empathy. What started as an unexpected opportunity has become one of the most meaningful and empowering parts of my college journey â and Iâm incredibly grateful for it.â
|
Your Voice. Your Experience. Your Seton Hall.
|
Next week, youâll receive the Student Satisfaction Survey from Hanover Research, and the survey closes on November 24. This is your chance to tell us whatâs working, what could be better, and what youâd like to see change at Seton Hall.
|
-
Your feedback helps shape the student experienceâfrom campus life and support services to the resources and opportunities available to you.
- When the survey arrives, take a few minutes to share your experience. Incentives will be available for students who participate.
