NEW PLAYGROUND UPDATE
Thank you again for your support, patience, and enthusiasm throughout the playground project. We're excited to share that the vast majority of the new playground installation is now complete!
Over the summer, Burke completed installation of the new playground equipment, and the transformed play space is already looking fantastic. We know many students will be excited to see it when they return for the new school year.
There are still a few final items that must be completed before the playground can officially open. Most notably, we are awaiting delivery and installation of one final spinner component, along with Metro's final ADA review and approval process. We are also working through a few remaining closeout items to ensure everything is fully completed and ready for student use.
This project would not have been possible without the incredible support of our school community. We are deeply grateful to our families, PTO supporters, donors, community partners, and especially The Church at Avenue South and Nashville Clubs, LLC for their significant contributions and partnership in helping make this vision a reality.
Thank you for your continued support as we complete these final steps. We look forward to sharing details about the playground's official opening soon and can't wait to see our students enjoy this new space for years to come.
