| Schulich Alumni Mentorship Update

With over 1400+ alumni mentors and 500+ student mentees signed up for the Schulich Alumni Mentorship Program we are preparing for another busy year! Since August, we have hosted 5 Student Mentorship Orientations featuring a practical tutorial on how to find and interact with an alumni mentor and a networking etiquette and personal branding workshop. Students are now actively searching for their mentor, login to SchulichAlumniConnect.com to update your profile and to see if a student has reached out to you. Next up for the program is our Fall Speed Mentoring Reception, happening this week! Join your fellow alumni mentors and our talented and eager students at this exciting and dynamic networking event.

The Centre for Global Enterprise (CGE) is pleased to announce the launch of its improved and expanded website. In addition to content generated by the Centre and the Schulich School of Business, this platform features links to over 600 resources from close to 200 different governments, agencies, NGOs, multilateral organizations and private businesses in the areas of international business, innovation and entrepreneurism. The Centre for Global Enterprise intends to continue to expand the number and range of resources offered on the CGE website, providing an essential open-source search engine for Canadian entrepreneurs and companies with international ambitions.

| The SRPAA Presents Le Grande Weekend in the Beautiful City of Montréal

The Schulich Real Property Alumni Association (SRPAA) hosted Le Grand Weekend in the beautiful city of Montréal from September 14th to September 16th. Alumni, guests, faculty, staff and friends enjoyed an action-packed weekend featuring a real estate and infrastructure conference with local real estate experts, an opening reception at the Tour des Canadiens Sales Centre, a Quad Windsor and Griffintown walking tour, and the Grand Gala dinner wrapped up a memorable weekend. On Monday, September 17th, Schulich Alumni in Montréal were joined by Dean Horváth and Global Alumni Network President, Bill Graham (MBA '86) for a cocktail and networking reception at Hotel Nelligan. Alumni were treated to the latest alumni swag, learned about current events and initiatives from the School and reconnected with their fellow alumni.

On Thursday, September 20th, Schulich EMBA alumnae were invited to Steal the Spotlight a special speaker presentation organized by KSWomen, a network within the Kellogg-Schulich EMBA Alumni Association. Alumnae learned about public speaking, negotiation, and personal branding from guest speakers Bonnie Gross, President, SpeechScience International, Fotini Iconomopoulos (MBA '05), Principal, Forward Focusing, and Vanessa McDonald, Vice President, Brand Strategy and Partnerships, Osmington (Union Station) inc.
