The BioScholars program is designed to connect students to the resources of a large university while providing an intimate collegiate atmosphere. BioScholars provides challenging intellectual and leadership opportunities for academically excelling undergraduates majoring in the Biological Sciences. Exceptional admission is possible for transfer and continuing students if the applicant has at least a 3.7 minimum cumulative GPA. Application deadline is Nov. 1, 2017.

This ten-week intern program is designed to provide opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students to participate in research, under the guidance of an appropriate research mentor, at a participating Navy laboratory during the summer.
