As we transition into fall and winter, many of us may find ourselves feeling under the weather due to fluctuating temperatures or seasonal allergies. One great way to combat this is to eat good, local food that contains immune-boosting properties! Raw honey is a great example of one of these foods. It's antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and delicious! Our honey vendors, Austin Wildflower Honey and Round Rock Honey, sell their sustainble honey products at the market in many forms including honeycomb, pure honey, honey sticks, lip balm, candles, and more. Enjoy their local honey as a treat by the spoonful, in a cup of tea, or in a recipe combined with your other market finds!
