| The 2020 Alumni Survey is anonymous and takes about 10 minutes to complete. Results will be used in planning alumni events, communications, and more for the next year and beyond. We will also provide a summary of the results to all alumni.

Making Waves is a university initiative to create collaboration across campus among students, faculty, and staff, as well as with the community. The GVSU Women's Basketball team's senior class set a school record after recording their 99th win against Parkside on February 1st. The record for most wins in a graduating class was previously held by the class of 2004 with 98 wins.

Join us on February 25 for a fun night of arcade games with fellow GVSU alumni! For $25 you can enjoy food, drinks, and games at Dave and Busters in Grand Rapids.

For those in the Austin area, join fellow GVSU alumni at the Texas Stars hockey game on February 29. The Stars will be playing the Grand Rapids Griffins, making for a fun night with friends and family!

The week of March 21-28 is Community Outreach Week, where lakers unite to give back to their local communities in the name of GVSU! Submit a group project, join a group project, or volunteer on your own.

In September 2019, Sarah Aman, '14, spoke at the TEDx Gateway Arch event in St. Louis, MO. Aman's talk, "Designing for Impact," highlighted her perspective as a graphic and exhibit designer to discuss the importance of individual action in the face of overwhelming environmental issues.
