Sleek Beauty in the Central Area
For the last several months, I've been working with clients to get this house ready for market. It's got brand new siding, a finished off media room (used to be a shop), refreshed gardens, some cool new lighting, fresh paint inside and out, and it is move in ready. It's even got a giant Balinese Buddha. (And a few houses down, there's a giant Samuel Beckett head.) It is the street of giant heads!
If you need to run any errands this weekend, you may well be going within just a block of this house. It is the ultimate in walkable. The PCC is just a block away. There's Squirrel Coffee, Taco Chukis, the US Post Office, and Adey Abeda Ethiopian all within one block. You might think with all this nearby it would feel noisy and urban, but when you are in the house, it is quiet and you are among gardens and treetops.
