#UnpluggedGV

Less screen time. A break from that show. A limit on mindless scrolling. A social media cleanse. Whatever UNPLUGGING means to you, we hope you take some time this month to do it.
Technology plays in important role in our lives, especially these days, but we also understand the need to rest, relax, and refresh, now more than ever. Time away from technology is beneficial to both your physical and mental health
We encourage you to become more mindful of your screen time and better balance it with exercising, having meaningful conversations, spending time outdoors, or anything else that enhances your overall health and well-being. (And shout out to our awesome partners - The Wanderheart Project and Happy People Hike)!
