Barrel Tasting ~ this weekend
Ticket sales ended Sunday with a discouraging count of 616 tickets.
MANY wineries have no (0) people on Saturday. We sold 85 Thursday Only tickets and 202 Sunday Only tickets, leaving Saturday with very low numbers. The balance of sales: 130 Weekend Tickets, and 155 4-day tickets and 46 Drivers.
Supplies will be handed out this Wednesday at the Wine Road office, 1437 Grove Street in Healdsburg 12:00-5:00 - NOTE the time change - glasses will NOT be delivered here until mid- morning - so do not arrive earlier than 12:00pm. Hard to imagine something going wrong :-)
Debbie will have your printed RSVP list to hand out on Wednesday as well. In the meantime, you can also check your RSVP with the Cellar Pass app, using the QR code provided.
We will share in our consumer newsletter this Thursday that although ticket sales have ENDED for Barrel Tasting, most wineries are able to take reservations directly. We will direct people to book online with individual wineries, then you can collect your tasting fees. We have this message on our voice mail as well.
