Dean of Undergraduate Studies
Dear Parents and Families,
I am very pleased to introduce you to three new Tufts employees who will be important sources of support and guidance to your student. Joe Waranyuwat and Jennifer Stephan have joined us as the new Associate Deans for Undergraduate Advising and Kirsten Tilney Behling will be our new Director of Student Accessibility Services.
The associate deans of undergraduate education help undergraduate students understand the university's policies and procedures, and assist in guiding them on their journey from matriculation through graduation. Arts and sciences students are assigned alphabetically to three deans and all engineering students are assigned to Dean Stephan.

Prepare for Fall 2016 Billing

Fall bills will be available in E-bill the first week of July and payment is due by August 3. Please make sure that your student has set you up as an Authorized Payer so that you may receive important billing notices.

Health Insurance Waivers

All Tufts students are required by Massachusetts law to be covered by health insurance. The student health insurance plan is automatically added to all student bills. If your student is covered by an alternate insurance policy that meets our requirements, your student may waive the insurance charge in his/her SIS account.
Please note: the waiver process is required every year and does not exempt students from the mandatory Health Service Fee.
