Follow this order when looking for a parking place after 2 p.m. on Friday:

1. Lower Wright Center parking lot

2. East campus lots (Reid Chapel side) - Ingalls/ Russel Employee Lot, Propst Employee Lot, Northeast Parking Deck across from Cooney Hall

3. Across street from West gate to Track & Soccer (Shuttles will run from Track & Soccer to Mr. Beeson’s statue and back on Friday, Sept. 25, from 8 a.m. – 9:30 p.m.)

*Tips:
Do not try to park near West Village/ West Campus or near freshman dorms. These are residential parking only, and you will not find empty spots.

ADA spaces can be found at the Wright Center west employee lot. On Friday, a few ADA spots will be reserved in the commuter lot east of the stadium. 

Please allow EXTRA time for parking and walking.

Never park in fire lane, handicap or service spots – you WILL get a ticket. 

If you have an emergency on campus during Family Weekend, call DPS at 205-726-2020.

You only need to visit Check In if you are picking up meal tickets. Your student may pick them up for you. Check In can be found in the first floor University Center lobby, by the bookstore and The Hub.

Please note: A limited number of meal tickets are available for purchase for Friday night food trucks and Saturday morning breakfast. We accept cash, credit card, and checks. 

Family Weekend and Panhellenic parent buttons will be available for purchase for $3 each.

Gates open at 1 p.m., and kickoff is at 2:30 p.m.

To improve the gameday experience and allow families to enter into the stadium faster, the student entrance has moved to Gate 3, located at the Bobby Bowden statue. This new entrance takes students directly into the stadium and straight to the student section, no extra walking, no extra wait. 

Please note that Gate 3 is reserved exclusively for students.

Fans with General Admission and Reserved tickets will continue to enter through Gate 2 and Gate 10. Gate 2 is the bridge entrance, just the next gate over from the student gate, so it's easy to find if you're looking at Gate 3 as a reference point.

The Parents Association Breakfast will include gluten-free and vegetarian options. None of the breakfast items contain nuts.

For those with nut allergies, please note peanuts will be shared at the Georgia parent tent on Saturday, from 11 a.m. - noon. These peanuts are in sealed bags. 

If you requested a vegetarian or gluten-free meal for the Saturday tailgate lunch, you will present your meal ticket to a Jim 'N Nick's catering server and they will bring you a boxed salad. 

What should I wear?
Birmingham is hot, and our campus is hilly. We recommend comfortable, lightweight clothes and tennis shoes. Shorts, T-shirts, polos, and sundresses are perfect. On Saturday, we encourage you to wear your Family Weekend T-shirt or red and blue to show your Bulldog spirit! 

What should I bring? 
Bring a blanket or tailgate chairs for the Friday night concert and Saturday tailgate. 

A clear bag is required for the football game. Clear bags will be sold at Smith's Variety tent at the Magic City Market on Ben Brown Plaza on Saturday from 9:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m., or you can order ahead.
