FSA ID
All students and contributors applying for Financial Aid for the 2024-25 Academic Year must have a Federal Student Aid (FSA) ID. If you have created an FSA ID in the past, you will not need to create a new one.
The FSA ID is a unique and secure username and password that is specific to each student and their contributor to access the financial aid application. To create your FSA ID, you will need:
- Full Legal Name
- Social Security Number
- If the parent does not have a social security number, they will not be able to create an FSA ID until the financial aid application comes out on December 31.
- Date of Birth
- Valid Email Address
Again, if you have created an FSA ID in the past, you do not need to create a new one. Please note that your FSA ID will take three days to process, so be sure to create it ahead of time so you can be prepared for the financial aid application!
