Dear Friend of ILI,
Greetings!
I write today to introduce you to the newest cohort of the Inspired Leadership Initiative at the University of Notre Dame. On August 20, we welcomed this impressive group of individuals to campus for their fall orientation. Last week they begin the journey in earnest—attending classes, sitting in on weekly lunch-and-learns, and gathering for their Thursday night dinners—all of which are among the many enriching opportunities available to them on campus. They are also beginning to build relationships with one another and with Notre Dame students and faculty.

As their bios below (and on our website) make clear, this cohort has come to Notre Dame from diverse fields, backgrounds, geographies, and experiences. Our team is excited to witness how they will come together to create a dynamic community and contribute, individually and collectively, to the broader ILI and Notre Dame communities.

Additionally, our team is excited to announce a new initiative that we will pilot this year: The ILI ExteND Program. This program provides a limited number of ILI alumni from Cohort 7 a second year at Notre Dame to take courses, advance academic projects, and continue to work on their next act. You can view the names and bios of the individuals participating in this pilot program below. |

Football Friday Open Houses: We invite you to join us from 2-3 pm ET on home football Fridays in 329 DeBartolo Hall. Stop by to connect with staff, current fellows, and alumni to learn more about ILI. A short presentation will take place at 2:15 pm, and refreshments will be provided.
