Congratulations on completing Week 11! While you continue to manage your academic responsibilities, getting involved outside of the classroom can also be rewarding. Joining clubs/organizations or attending campus events can provide balance, help you meet new friends, and allow you to make a positive and meaningful impact.

Review, Reflect, and Recharge!
|
It's a great time to review your progress, reflect on your goals, and recharge for the remainder of the semester. Here are a few ways to do that:
|
- Check in on your goals: Look at your initial goals for the semester and evaluate how close you are to achieving them. Make any adjustments you need to stay on track.
- Set mini-goals for the weeks ahead: Break down larger tasks or study sessions into smaller goals to keep you motivated.
-
Prioritize self-care: Rest and mental breaks are just as important as study time. Make time to recharge—whether it’s a walk, a social event, or a favorite hobby.
|
Taking a moment now to reflect and recalibrate can help you stay energized and focused through the finish line!
|
Remember that we are stronger together. Please take care of yourself and each other.

| Tip of the week from Dr. Nicole Paternoster, Director of the Academic Resource Center
|
-
Break down larger tasks into smaller, achievable milestones. Each time you complete one, you’ll feel a sense of accomplishment and motivation to keep going.
- Revisit your reasons for studying and pursuing your goals. When you understand and remind yourself of whyyou’re doing it, the how becomes easier.
-
"My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style."-Maya Angelou
