Are you interested in learning how faith conversations have evolved through the use of technology? There's still time to register for a special presentation on this topic that is being hosted by Lutheran Hour Ministries (LHM) April 7 at Desert Foothills Lutheran Church in Scottsdale.
Hear from Rev. Dr. Tony Cook, LHM's executive director of United States ministries, as he discusses a new LHM partnership with Barna Group, an industry leader for insights about faith and culture, leadership and vocation, and generational groups. The free workshop, titled Spiritual Conversations in the Digital Age, will also discuss the Barna research and discover ways you can apply the findings to sharing your faith, help you understand how perceptions of evangelism shape our faith sharing conversations, and give you an overview of the newest online courses available on LHM Learn to assist you in your outreach! Each participant will receive a workbook to complete during the workshop to help you build a plan for applying new strategies within your congregation or ministry.
Rev. Cook has more than 17 years of experience in curriculum design and development, distance curricula, educational technology, and leadership. He has served as a parish pastor and consultant to numerous Christian entities on digitally sharing the Gospel through various forms of multimedia.
