Welcome to the December edition of the Warrior Family Association e-newsletter. The holidays are upon us and our students are completing their final exams. They are excited to be traveling home for a much-needed break, and we look forward to their return in the new year. Throughout the semester, President Einolf and I have had the privilege of having many student groups over to our home for dinner. This includes many of the Warrior sports teams, our resident assistants, student leaders and various student organizations. We enjoy the opportunity to interact with students on a more personal level and to learn about their experience at Indiana Tech. Your students are such a terrific group of young men and women and I am proud to say that they are part of our Warrior Family.

Looking Back

It was a busy semester on Indiana Tech’s campus as Student Life hosted 77 events, ranging from game nights and festivals to movies and coffee carts. Take a look at some of the top moments of the semester:

Career-Building Activities Over Holiday Break

With the fall semester coming to an end and finals wrapping up, the holidays are a great time for your student to recharge. However, it can also be a great time to begin looking into summer internships or job opportunities. Winter Welcome Week Preview

Upon their return to campus, Winter Welcome Week will help students re-engage with campus and start the spring semester off right. As part of Winter Welcome Week, comedian Jourdain Fisher will bring his comedy tour to campus, Grocery BINGO will help students restock their rooms with food and other necessities and students can take home some new Indiana Tech swag by screen-printing an item of their choice in our first Do-It-Yourself night of the semester.
