Scopes include final cleaning, masonry, ornamental metals, millwork, roofing, drywall, flooring, painting, MEPF, and more. Bids are due May 13, 2025 at 3 PM CDT. Vaughn Construction released a Bid Package for the Heldenfels 4th Floor Instructional Lab Renovation project (02-3423) on April 28, 2025, covering all build-out scopes. UDPATED | Manhattan Construction plans to open Bid Package 1 for the Lillian Street Dorm project (04-3415) in Stephenville, TX soon. Bid Package 1 is expected to include foundations, structure, civil trades, site utilities, elevators, MEP systems (except fixtures and devices), and fire protection. Bid Package 2, anticipated for November, is expected to cover exterior facades, drywall, finishes, low voltage/security, and specialties. All dates are tentative. Vaughn Construction plans to release multiple bid packages this year for the Clinical Veterinary Teaching & Research Complex (02-3378) in College Station, TX. Bid package 3 (May 12) will include concrete, structural steel, and elevators. Bid Package 4 (July 30) will cover skin, interior buildout, site work, and finishes. All dates and scopes are tentative. Barcom Construction Company plans to open Bid Package 1 for the Corpus Christi (TEEX) Workforce Development project (09-3436) this June.
