About Dr. Adam Gamoran

Adam Gamoran is President of the William T. Grant Foundation, a charitable organization that supports research on reducing inequality in youth outcomes and improving the use of research evidence in decisions that affect young people. Dr. Gamoran joined the William T. Grant Foundation as President in 2013. Previously, he was the John D. MacArthur Chair in Sociology and Educational Policy Studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He received his doctorate in education from the University of Chicago.
