Dr. Gamoran looks forward to engaging with members of the GW community, and you are invited to join him at the following events:

Start the day with breakfast and learn about the William T. Grant Foundation's priorities and funding opportunities for faculty, researchers, doctoral students and post docs.

GW Student Q and A with Dr. Gamoran

GW undergraduate and graduate students are invited to meet Dr. Gamoran and discuss the ways in which this preeminent national foundation uses research to reduce inequality and improve the lives of young people.

William T. Grant Scholars Program Overview

About Dr. Adam Gamoran

Adam Gamoran is President of the William T. Grant Foundation, a charitable organization that supports research on reducing inequality in youth outcomes and improving the use of research evidence in decisions that affect young people. Dr. Gamoran joined the William T. Grant Foundation as President in 2013. Previously, he was the John D. MacArthur Chair in Sociology and Educational Policy Studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He received his doctorate in education from the University of Chicago.
