Watch our brand new episode of PDTV |
Throughout this episode, you’ll see how third-grade teacher Bailey Torgerson is having her students design their own food trucks and pitch why their creations deserve to be the top spot to eat! She uses iPads, Universal Design for Learning (UDL), and personalized learning strategies to help her students build creative and critical thinking skills and information fluency.

The UEN professional development team has partnered with the Utah Education Policy Center (UEPC) on a program called the AI & School Leadership Collaborative, a professional learning series designed for school leadership teams. The program is one of the few—possibly the only—programs in Utah that allow school leaders to learn about AI alongside their teachers. This approach leads to greater sustainability of AI initiatives and greater support within the school.
