CEREMONY TICKETS AND ACCOMMODATIONS |
Tickets are required for the Commencement Ceremony, and each graduate may request up to six tickets for family, friends, and classmates. Graduates themselves do not need a ticket since they are part of the ceremony.
Graduates received an email on December 11 with a personalized link to request their ceremony tickets. In the request, please let us know if you need additional tickets or if any of your guests require seating accommodations, such as ground-level seating, captioning, an American Sign Language interpreter, or wheelchair accessibility.
To request ADA seating, receive a new ticket link, or ask questions about seating and accommodations, please email commencement@pugetsound.edu. Please send requests for ADA seating no later than Friday, April 10.
Tickets can be picked up in the Logger Store on weekdays between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Students will need to show their student ID when picking up tickets.
Visit the Commencement website for additional ceremony information.
We’re committed to ensuring every graduate can participate in Commencement comfortably and confidently. If you need any accommodations to participate in the processional, crossing the stage, or for seating during the ceremony, please contact the Office of Events at commencement@pugetsound.edu by Friday, April 10.

| Don’t wait – now is the time to order your cap and gown for Commencement.
All graduates are required to wear a black cap and gown over their regular attire to participate in the ceremony. Caps, gowns, tassels, hoods, and Puget Sound 2026 stoles can be ordered through the university’s regalia partner, Oak Hall.
Orders take 3–4 weeks to arrive. We strongly encourage you to place your order as soon as possible. Regalia orders are shipped directly to students.
The deadline to order your cap and gown is Friday, April 10, 2026.
Honor cords and stoles will be distributed by individual departments and programs.
Please take a moment to review your name pronunciation to ensure we announce your name correctly during the Commencement Ceremony.
Log in to StageClip using your campus email address and Student ID. Once logged in, listen to the pronunciation on file. If it’s not quite right, you can upload your own recording or provide a phonetic spelling.
The deadline to review and update your name pronunciation is Thursday, April 23.
Celebrate your remarkable journey and the achievement of your college graduation with your loved ones. Puget Sound offers an official Commencement graduation announcement through the university's Print & Copy Services.
Celebrate your time at Puget Sound by sharing photos of your campus experiences! We are collecting memories from graduates to create a special slideshow for Commencement Weekend. Share photos of campus life, your classmates and friends, favorite classes, or other highlights from your time at Puget Sound.
The slideshow will be featured at the Grad Party and before the Commencement Ceremony. The photos could also be used for campus communications and social media posts.
Submit your photos by Thursday, April 23.
