Purchase 2025-2026 Parking Permits Before Friday
|
Annual faculty and staff parking permits expire on Thursday. Permits for the 2025-2026 academic year should be purchased before Friday to avoid receiving a ticket. The online parking portal is back online, so faculty and staff can purchase a permit via payroll deduction or with a credit card.
KU affiliates — employees with KU Athletics, Memorial Unions, Health System or Physician’s Group — need to fill out a form before purchasing a permit. Additionally, the updated parking portal should be able to process permit requests for departmental accounts sometime this week.
Visit KU Parking for more information about permit prices and payroll deduction amounts.

Reminder: Most Tech Purchases Require Review |
KU’s procurement policy requires an IT review for most technology-related purchases, including software, cloud services, IT professional services and major tech equipment, regardless of cost, funding source or payment method. Renewals also fall under this requirement.
The review process helps protect KU from cyber threats, maintains accessibility compliance and avoids duplicate purchases. To begin the review, submit a Technology Procurement Request through the Finance Service Portal.
Excluded items include laptops, monitors, computer accessories and low-risk database subscriptions.
