JUNE 23, 2020

Our office continues to be CLOSED until further notice.
Debbie and Emily have not worked since March 18th.
I have been doing what I can to keep things moving forward. I go into the office once a week to get the mail and pay bills, then I work from home, voluntarily.
Mysty continues to work for Wine Road doing social media, though at a 50% reduced work rate. She is doing a great job keeping our message out there, front and center.
Looking forward to being able to get the band back together.
Print at home sign - EVERYONE NEEDS THIS ONE - it needs to be posted at your entrance. It will print out 8.5" x 11" - in black/white or the red/orange combo to match our other signs.  Winery Guidelines Sign For Entrance

Winery Reservation Links

We have added a button on our winery listings that will link visitors directly to your Reservation Page. YOU need to log onto WineRoad.com, then edit your page - fill in the box for Reservations with the landing page you want people to see. If you need visitors to "call for reservations" link to the page on your website with that information.

More signs have arrived.

They are all in the map box, outside of our office, if you want to pick up additional copies.
Lodging members will want to have these signs at their properties also.
Office: 1437 Grove Street, Healdsburg

WineRoad.com/Safe

This link is live now and it can be found on our home page. This page is where we are letting customers know what to expect when they come wine tasting. Please look it over and let me know if you see errors or things that should be edited. We pulled this together quickly, if you see mistakes - tell me beth@wineroad.com

Link for Sonoma Safe Wineries

We would like to see all of our members self-certify through Sonoma County Economic Board, that you are following the safety guidelines.  It only takes a few minutes. Scan and send us your certificate.

Wine Road #SipSonoma face masks...

For those interested, I ordered them from Bob's Signs in Healdsburg. He can make them with YOUR logo on them.

Winery Safe - Best Practices

Now that many of you have been open, if you have some systems in place, to work within the suggested safety guidelines, please share.
I'd love to put together some best practices to help every winery get through these challenging times. Just send me an email with your procedures or problem solving solutions.  Beth@wineroad.com

Sandra Hess seminars rescheduled.

We were planning two presentations: June 10 & 11, for Storytelling and Consumer Engagement.
They will now both be webinars - NEW DATES - details and links to follow for all that are registered.
July  7 - Storytelling 8:30-10:00am
July 15 - Consumer Engagement 8:30-10:00am

Barrel Tasting...remember that?

I still need to collect leftover supplies and ticket money from about 12 wineries. Since our office has been closed this has been on the back burner.
I will be in the office today until 4:00 and next Tuesday 10:00-4:00, so please try to stop by if you have supplies left. I am not here any other days.
We are continuing to support these partners via our social media posts...visitors will be back and when they do come back, we hope they connect with our partners.
