You're invited to our holiday potluck as we celebrate the season with our Active at Kruse Woods members. Bring a toy to donate to the KGW8 toy drive, wear your favorite holiday sweater, and enjoy good food and community. Be sure to stop by the front desk to sign up to bring a dish to share.

BETTER BONES AND BALANCE RETURNS
New Session Starts Monday, January 8th

Fitness Specialist Mana Shintani teaches this progressive class designed to gradually build strength, increase bone density to prevent fractures and improve balance to help you feel more stable and confident on your feet. In-person classes take place Mondays and Thursdays Thurs at 12pm; and virtual classes are offered on Tuesdays and Fridays at 12pm. Toy Donations Welcome By 12/15

This year, Active has teamed up with KGW for the Great Toy Drive! Spread some holiday cheer by donating a new unwrapped toy for children of all ages, from infants to 18-year-olds. Drop off your donation in the holiday bin next to the Christmas tree located in the Active lobby. All collected toys will be delivered to local families after December 15th.
