Often referred to as a gentle giant, Ryan was passionate about life in general and public service in particular. At the time of his passing, he was a senior political science major at UNF serving as a Student Government Senator, and planned to continue his education as part of the Osprey Community, pursuing a master’s degree in public administration and policy.
This annual scholarship was created in 2020 to honor his memory. It’s intended to help UNF students who, like Ryan, aspire to a life of public service. Help us reach our goal of $2,500 by June 12th to celebrate what would've been Ryan's 25th birthday.
