Dear Degree Candidate,
We are looking forward to celebrating with you this weekend! Details about Commencement can be found on the Commencement website but we are sharing a few reminders about what you need to do this week and where you need to be and when on Saturday and Sunday!

-
Order your cap and gown at the bookstore, sizing will be limited.
- Review or update your diploma name and address in SIS; changes will not be honored after May 17.
-
Claim your Commencement 2026 tickets. All guests are required to present a ticket for Saturday and Sunday events; graduates must have their Tufts ID.
-
Record your name as you wish it to be announced at your ceremony today so your faculty has time to practice. Copy and paste the link under event notes on your My Commencement page in SIS (select graduation status after logging into SIS).
- Set up your alumni email account.
-
GradImages will be on hand during the departmental ceremonies to take individual portraits of each graduate in cap and gown. To request photo proofs in advance, you may go to the GradImages registration page. Alternatively, you may register after Commencement weekend. Please make sure to register if you are interested in receiving your graduation photo proofs from GradImages! Financial commitment and purchase are not required to register, only if you are interested in purchasing the photos after receiving the proof. Registration ensures that you will receive a sample of your photographs after Commencement.
