Minnesota Housing is requesting proposals from community-based organizations to partner in outreach and engagement with Minnesota homeowners regarding housing stabilization and foreclosure prevention services for the HomeHelpMN COVID-19 Homeowner Assistance Program. Community Connectors will be critical partners in informing homeowners about available services and creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment to learn about and access the HomeHelpMN program. Successful applicants for this grant opportunity will be those organizations with established longstanding, trusted relationships in communities experiencing higher than average homeowner delinquency rates.

An informational webinar will be held on September 30, 2021 from 10:30 - 11:30 a.m. Click here to register.
A question and answer session for organizations interested in applying for grant funds will be held on October 8, 2021 from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. Click here to register.
Community Connectors RFP Responses must be received by 5:00 p.m. central daylight time on October 12, 2021. Late responses will not be accepted.
