Get To Know the Student Health Center
UP students have access to comprehensive primary care services on campus! The Student Health Center (SHC) provides care for illnesses, injuries, and some chronic health conditions. SHC clinicians, with experience in family practice and urgent care, can write prescriptions, order imaging, and provide referrals as needed. Students do not need to be enrolled in the student health insurance plan through Pacific Source to be seen at the Health Center, however, those enrolled can visit the Health Center with zero out-of-pocket costs!

Is Your Student Considering Studying Abroad?
One program that may be of interest is UP's Salzburg, Austria program, which is celebrating it's 60th anniversary this year! This is a great opportunity for your student to be abroad in a cohort with other UP students and live together in a residence hall. If your student is unsure about studying abroad and being far from home, this can be a great opportunity for them to experience another culture knowing they will be in a community alongside other UP students and have support from the Salzburg staff and faculty.
