Your Application Has Been Approved. What Happens Next?
Wait to hear from the Monitoring Firm. At the time of application, you selected which Monitoring Firm you would like to use for your 2024 Monitoring Visit. You have been placed on the Monitoring Firm's contact list and they will contact you to schedule the Monitoring Visit according to their scheduling policy. Monitoring Firms will call 2-3 weeks before the visit to set up a time and date. Monitoring Visits will begin in mid July. Any questions about scheduling or invoicing should go directly to the Monitoring Firm. Contact information here.
Complete the Self-Assessment. The Self-Assessment is a requirement for all growers going through GAPC Certification Program and must be completed prior the Monitoring Visit. The Self-Assessment is one per operation and can be found by logging into the Grower Dashboard at www.gapconnections.com and clicking on "Grower Self-Assessment". View video tutorial.
Preparing for the Monitoring Visit. Review the materials in the approval packet that was emailed or mailed to you. This packet includes the GAPC Certification Compliance Guide.
