RSO Meet & Greet

We will be moving forward with a series of "Meet and Greets" dedicated to each Registered Student Organization (RSO) category. In order for the series to be successful, it is imperative that at least one representative from each RSO executive board attends their dedicated "Meet and Greet."

The first Meet and Greet will be November 7th, 1 pm-3 pm for the international and multicultural executive board.
A mason360 event is now live for event registration. Please visit: http://cglink.me/r617915

Again, the success of this event depends on your attendance. Please be sure to select at least one member to attend this exciting opportunity.

RSO Tip of the Week

Did you know Funding, Contracts, and Spending from the Mason Conference presentation is available on our website?!
Check it out, it is very helpful!

Mason 360 Event Creations

RSO officers should not use "event creation" to promote extended events such as week-long fundraisers. Mason360 events visible to everyone should meet the following criteria:
  • It meets the definition of "a planned public or social occasion"
  • It is associated with a specific venue
  • It begins and ends within a single business day
If RSO officers want to promote fundraisers or other opportunities that do not meet the event criteria,  it is recommended they post a comment on their activity page.
