December Membership Meeting Recap: CCAC Holiday Membership Event
Almost 50 CCAC members gathered to celebrate the holiday season and hear DPD Commissioner Maurice Cox deliver a comprehensive update on the progress of INVEST South/West and what’s to come in the future. One of the highlights Commissioner Cox discussed was the total investments to date: Over $1.4 billion committed to ISW projects by both private sources and The City of Chicago.
Additionally, the audience was given a preview of new DPD initiatives including a residential infill program to be implemented in several of the current ISW corridors, as well as an ISW-like project being developed on the Northwest Side. The NW Side site was identified by the local Alderman and CCAC is now assembling teams for both the residential project and the NW Side project. 2022 Economic Forecast with The Honorable Melissa Bean

Join fellow CCAC members for a 2022 Economic Forecast by Mesirow Wealth Management President and CEO and former Member of Congress, The Honorable Melissa Bean, in conversation with CCAC Executive Committee Chairman Greg Hummel.
The event will be in-person. Boxed lunches will be served to enjoy on-site or take back to the office. Like our in-person events in November and December, we will be following all City of Chicago health guidelines. Masks will be required and attendees will need to provide proof of vaccination (card or photo) upon arrival.
