CECS Showcase
The College of Engineering and Computer Science welcomed alumni, industry partners, donors and the campus community to its inaugural CECS Showcase last month. The open house highlighted winning Senior Design Projects and projects from various student organizations as well as the college's outreach initiatives.
UM-Dearborn announced today an endowment gift of an estimated $12.5 million from the estate of Arthur Kochoff in support of student access to higher education. The bequest is the largest single gift in university history.
Donald Shelton has been named director of UM-Dearborn's criminal justice studies program. The retired judge will work to build upon the success of the undergraduate program, which currently is one of the fastest growing programs on campus.

University of Michigan faculty, staff and retirees will be able to make changes to their benefit selections during this year’s Open Enrollment period, Oct. 27 through Nov. 7, with changes taking effect Jan. 1, 2015.
