As we approach the Thanksgiving holiday, we want to express our appreciation for your efforts to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 on campus, and to share holiday travel guidance.
The combination of vaccines, masking indoors, our early-detection testing program and overall conscientiousness has been successful in limiting the amount of COVID-19 present on campus.
Community members returning from travel to locations where COVID-19 is more widespread, and where fewer mitigation requirements are in place and vaccination rates are lower, increases the risk that the campus rate will rise following the holiday.
