AR Partnership with the RSC |
We are excited to announce that Accounts Receivable (AR) has partnered with the RIT Service Center (RSC)! This collaboration means that users can now find AR-specific knowledge articles and helpful information through the RSC portal.
What does this change mean for you?
The RSC is now your primary contact for AR-related inquiries including:
- How to gain access to the receivables responsibilities in Oracle
- How to view, add, or change your customer information
- How to view, create, print, or adjust your invoices
- How to pull receivables reporting from Oracle to manage your outstanding invoices
IMPORTANT: AR credit memos or adjustments to invoices must be submitted through the RSC self-service portal. PDF copies of the form will no longer be accepted. Links to the request forms are below.
