Manhattan Construction plans to open Bid Package #1 for the Lillian Street Dorm project (04-3415) this April. This bid package is anticipated to include the following scopes: foundation and elevated structure, civil trades, site utilities, elevators, MEP systems (except fixtures and devices), and fire protection. Bid Package #2 is anticipated to open this November and will include the remainder of trades, including but not limited to the following: exterior facades, interior hollow metal framing, drywall, painting, doors/frames/hardware, interior and exterior glazing/frames, interior finishes, MEP systems (fixtures/devices), low voltage/security, and specialties. Vaughn Construction plans to open Bid Package #2 for the Heldenfels 4th Floor Instructional Lab Renovation project (02-3423) this May. The bid package is anticipated to include build out packages. Vaughn Construction plans to release multiple bid packages this year for the Clinical Veterinary Teaching & Research Complex (02-3378) in College Station, TX. Bid package #3 is anticipated to be released on or around May 12, 2025, and is anticipated to include the following scopes: Concrete, Structural Steel, Elevators. Bid package #4 is anticipated to be released on or around July 30, 2025, and is anticipated to include the following scopes: Skin, Interior Buildout, Site Work, Finishes. All dates tentative.
