Manhattan Construction plans to open Bid Package #1 for the Lillian Street Dorm project (04-3415) this April. This bid package is anticipated to include the following scopes: foundation and elevated structure, civil trades, site utilities, elevators, MEP systems (except fixtures and devices), and fire protection. Bid Package #2 is anticipated to open this November and will include the remainder of trades, including but not limited to the following: exterior facades, interior hollow metal framing, drywall, painting, doors/frames/hardware, interior and exterior glazing/frames, interior finishes, MEP systems (fixtures/devices), low voltage/security, and specialties.
