Dear Student,
Tufts University Counseling and Mental Health Service (CMHS) would like to express our support and concern for all students during this especially stressful time on our campus. Recent campus events, the socio-political climate, and the inevitable post-spring break academic workload—among other stressors—may be on your mind. Also, experiencing multiple stressors can have a cumulative effect on our emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing.
Counseling is about building a safe and supportive relationship to explore challenging feelings, events, relationships, and more. Because it's confidential, you may feel more comfortable talking to us about some things instead of (or in addition to) a peer, teacher, or family member.
