Our new Labor Market Insights tool allows users to learn about potential careers by viewing employment trends, salary data, required skills, core tasks, and more for any occupation or industry. Start using Sac State Labor Market Insights tool today!
You can search through a list of occupations by keyword search or by filtering through industry clusters and occupation titles provided by O*Net data.
For any given occupation, you can find information on the following:
- Occupation description: an overview of the occupation.
- Core tasks: what's required for the occupation's day-to-day.
- Employment trends: historical and forecasted occupation demand data with a projected % change in demand over the next ten years.
- Annual earnings: salary data for the occupation.
