This wellness retreat includes customized guided hikes alongside daily yoga sessions with Lindsay. Every morning, follow rejuvenating Hatha classes followed by a fun day of guided hikes and activities that will introduce you to the beauty of this magical landscape. Afternoons are free to lounge around, read a book or simply enjoy the pool, river or spa. Meet up again in the late afternoon with Lindsay for a perfect sunset yin session to realign mind, body and soul.
