Indiana Tech's WarriorsConnect app is a must for students
Our new WarriorsConnect app was created to enhance our students' college experience by providing them with simple, one-stop access to everything they need to succeed here at Indiana Tech. On WarriorsConnect, you can easily connect with support, information, resources and fellow Indiana Tech community members. The app will help students:
- Track academic progress and access course information
- Receive key university notifications and announcements
- Connect with academic support and the faculty and staff members, resources and communities that will promote success
- Stay organized on a day-to-day basis
- Find and participate in clubs, events and activities
Students will need WarriorsConnect to check in to new-students orientation events, so recommend to your student that they get acclimated to the app. It can be downloaded to a mobile device from the
App Store and
Google Play, or access it online at
warriorsconnect.indianatech.edu.

Parking at Indiana Tech
Students should go to
indianatech.thepermitstore.com to create an account or access their old account to order a permit for this school year. If your student is living on campus, they should use their residence hall address and order a resident permit. If your student is driving from off campus, they will need to order a commuter permit. If there are any questions, please reach out to
parking@indianatech.edu.
Visitors to the university may stop by the Safety and Security Office on the first floor of Andorfer Commons to get a 24-hour parking pass. There is no cost to get a temporary and visitors will be able to park in the commuter lots.
Succeed with the Office of Student Success
Staffed by caring Student Success Advisors, the Office of Student Success (OSS) is here to guide students throughout their college journey to help them reach their academic, career and personal goals.
Talk with your student about the transition to campus life and encourage them to seek out help from their OSS Student Success Advisor. The sooner students recognize the OSS as a resource for their success, the more likely they are to succeed in their first year.
The Office of Student Success is located on the lower level of the Snyder Academic Center.
Connect with Disability Services
If your student has 504 or IEP plans from high school, they may still be eligible for accommodations in college. It's not too late to request them for the upcoming academic year. Students who have questions or need assistance with accommodations can email Indiana Tech Disability Services at
disabilityservices@indianatech.edu. We are located in the Snyder Academic Center, Room 008.
Additionally, Disability Services offers support for students with short-term medical conditions. This can be immensely helpful for students who may be dealing with temporary health issues such as concussions, surgery or other medical conditions. Students in these situations should also reach out to Disability Services for the necessary support and accommodations.
TimelyCare service is coming to Tech
Indiana Tech is partnering with TimelyMD to launch TimelyCare, a virtual health and well-being platform for our students, on Aug. 21. Through either a mobine app or one's desktop computer, TimelyCare provides 24/7 access to virtual care from anywhere in the United States at no cost. Whether your student is feeling under the weather, anxious or overwhelmed, they can talk to a licensed provider to get the care they need via phone or a secure video visit. Learn more about TimelyCare at
