Get your absentee ballot notarized! |

|
Dear Student,
As you may know, each state has different rules regarding voting by absentee ballot. We noticed you are from a state that may require a notary verification to cast your absentee ballot, depending on your circumstances.
We wanted to let you know that Tufts has a notary available to help for free!
|
-
If you are on the Medford/Somerville campus, please attend our "Party at the (Early & By-Mail) Polls" event on Monday, October 19 from 12 noon – 1 p.m. outside of Barnum Hall (Rabb Room if it is raining). We will have a notary present.
-
Or you can make an individual appointment with a notary. Contact tischcollege@tufts.edu to schedule.
|
-
Bring your ballot and do not open or make any marks on it before being in the presence of a notary.
- Remember to bring your ID to the visit! You’ll present ID, sign an attestation, and obtain the notary’s stamp and signature.
|
You can check your voter registration status, register to vote, and sign up for election reminders at tufts.turbovote.org. More information about voting and resources to help is available on our voting information website.
