As the year comes to a close, it's time to prepare yourself and your teams for annual evaluations. Visit the performance management site for a refresher on the performance cycle, tasks, and important dates. 

The inaugural cohort of the Changemaker Academy recently kicked off its four-month leadership development curriculum. Be sure to congratulate your colleagues, if they were one of the 28 associate directors or above who were chosen to participate in the program.
