Peppers are plenty at the market right now! As the Texas heat ramps up, so does pepper season, bringing a colorful mix of sweet and spicy varieties to our farmers' stands. From crisp bell peppers and sweet banana peppers to fiery jalapeƱos, serranos, and habaneros—there's a pepper for every palate.

Whether you're tossing them onto the grill, stuffing them for an easy weeknight dinner, slicing them into fresh salads, or blending them into homemade salsa, peppers are one of summer's most versatile ingredients. Most of our farmers bring a variety this time of year, so keep an eye on the market over the coming weeks as even more arrive.
