We are excited to announce some technological changes that will benefit and positively affect your member experience. Some changes you will start seeing this spring, while others will be implemented in June for our undergraduate members for when they return to campus in the fall of 2025. 
First up, we are partnering with Billhighway as a tool for chapters to better manage their finances; this partnership is replacing our existing relationship with OmegaFi. In June, all Alpha Xi Delta chapters will move to Billhighway, and this is what you can expect: 
Beginning June 1, you will no longer have access to Vault. There is no need to worry. Alpha Xi Delta will work with chapters, OmegaFi and Billhighway to move your chapter funds and member balances and credits to Billhighway. During early May, advisors and designated chapter officers will begin using Billhighway; later in July all members will have access to Billhighway to view their accounts and make payments. You will receive more details in future correspondence, including specific dates, to help make for a smooth transition. 
Our next big transition is from OmegaRecruit to MyVote. While we have found great success with OmegaRecruit supporting our undergraduate members in their membership selection efforts, we are excited to launch a new partnership with MyVote. This membership selection technology is designed to make the execution of chapter’s recruitment process smooth and allow members to focus on building relationships with Potential New Members. Informational MyVote webinars will start next week on Thursday, March 13. We strongly encourage Membership Vice Presidents, Recruitment Data Directors, Chapter Advisors and Membership Advisors to attend. Finally, the most exciting enhancement is our new, members-only area on our website! This portal will truly bring our Sisterhood to life with access to resources, an easier ability to submit reports, and ways to better manage your chapter/association or volunteer responsibilities. Chapters and associations will have access to create branded webpages. This portal will allow the Fraternity to increase its connectivity with members in a way we have never been able to do so before. We cannot wait to share more in-person at National Convention this summer and post-Convention for the entire membership. 
We know this is a lot to take in all at one time, but our goal is to provide you with all the details so there are not any surprises as we move towards the end of the academic year and the beginning of our new components of technology. We have been incredibly impressed with the service level we are receiving and the thoroughness of all training and programs we are working through with these various teams.
