This is your year, and the Y is here to help you ACHIEVE your goals. Whether you’re building strength, boosting endurance or managing stress, we’ve got what you need: classes and equipment for every fitness level, lap lanes and cardio options, plus Yoga, Restore and Core, Y Health programs and online nutrition seminars.

Add your goals to the ACHIEVE boards at your Y—fitness, personal or career. Writing them down really does make a difference. And don’t forget to connect with our roaming Wellness Floor staff. They’re here to help you ACHIEVE in 2026.

(No evening Kid Zone is offered with early branch closure times.)

New in 2026, the Ingram Family Y Kid Zone and pool will open Sunday afternoons on a provisional basis. Kid Zone will open Sundays from 1:30 - 3:30 p.m. and the pool will open for lap swim and family swim from 1 - 4:30 p.m. on Sundays.

| Pray and Stay

Resolve to have a healthy body and spirit this year. Join us for morning prayer starting Jan. 5, Mon. - Fri. at 6:30 a.m. in the Group Fitness Studio. We will pray using the 2019 Book of Common Prayer and stay afterwards to work out. Open to all members.

Yes, it’s still winter, but YMCA Summer Day Camps open for member registration on January 1. We are offering 2025 pricing if you register before February 1. Be sure to sign up early and SAVE! A $20 per week deposit holds your child’s spot.

Join with the Y to celebrate Dr. King's legacy with events for the National Day of Racial Healing, as well as an Association-wide Teen Day of Service. Our Ingram Family Y will also join in a day of service with a community roadside cleanup on Tuesday, Jan. 20. Extra hands are greatly appreciated.➡️ Volunteer.

The fourth annual THRIVE Winter Olympics welcome active older adults from all Triangle YMCAs on Friday, Jan. 30, at the Northwest Cary YMCA from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.! Join fellow THRIVE groups for a morning of fun and friendly competition, including cornhole, pickleball, and chair volleyball, followed by lunch and an awards ceremony.

The event cost of $15 includes lunch and transportation to and from the Northwest Cary Y from the Ingram Family Y. We will leave the Ingram Y at 8 a.m. and return at 1:30 p.m. Registration is required for the event, and a separate registration is required for the sport you would like to participate in. ➡️ Sign up today!

Y Health: Winter Registration
|
Enrollment is open for Y Health programs with sessions beginning in January & February. These physician-referred, evidence-based programs support individuals managing pre-diabetes, high blood pressure, cancer recovery, weight management and fall prevention, offering expert guidance and a community of peers. A doctor’s referral is required.

| Teen SAQ (Speed, Agility & Quickness)
|
Teens are invited to join a special group fitness class just for them, offered Wednesdays at 4 p.m. at the Ingram Family Y. Strength, Agility and Quickness (SAQ), for ages 11 - 17 years, helps participants become better, stronger athletes through training drills and exercises. This free, ongoing program is designed to help young athletes achieve their fitness goals.
