In the midst of persecution, faithful leaders are discipling communities.
Oasis Friend,
Imagine leading a church where violence and persecution are daily realities.
That is the situation for hundreds of pastors across northern Nigeria. Yet in the last quarter of last year, 542 pastors serving in some of the country’s most dangerous regions received training, encouragement, and renewed strength to continue preaching the gospel using the Africa Study Bible and other biblical resources.
This May, an additional 70 traditional rulers came together in Christ after many years, taking a significant step toward reconciliation and shared purpose for their communities.

Your support helps ensure these faithful leaders are not standing alone.
“Many of these precious brothers live and serve right in the heart of truly endangered zones… yet they continue faithfully preaching the gospel and discipling their congregations,” shared Venerable Mark Mukan of the Anglican Diocese of Northern Nigeria.
Ven. Mukan, his wife, and a team of leaders poured into the lives of their fellow shepherds through training and encouragement in some of the most challenging parts of Nigeria – places like Borno, Bauchi, Kaduna, and Plateau States.
In places marked by uncertainty and danger, your support helps place Bibles and biblical resources into the hands of more pastors who are courageously serving where the need is greatest.
