Don't Miss the Return of Campus Life Night!

Since the rain drowned out our fun last week, we’ve rescheduled! Campus Life Night has been moved to Friday, September 9, 6 – 8 p.m. in lot H1. There will be food trucks, free swag, and hundreds of student organizations to learn about!

Have you ever wanted to dance the night away with your friends… silently? Check out CAB’s Silent Disco on Friday, September 9 from 9 p.m. – 12 a.m. Grab your Student ID and head to the NE plaza near the Mary Idema Pew Library to get your light-up bluetooth headphones.

Get engaged with Democracy 101, an upcoming bi-weekly event that takes place Wednesdays from 6 – 8 p.m. in the Mary Idema Pew Multipurpose Room. Starting on September 21, this series of conversations will focus on preparing our campus community for the Nov. 8 General Election.

Self-compassion is the act of extending compassion, or a caring willingnes to help yourself in times of suffering. Practice self-compassion through self-kindness, mindfulness, and finding common humanity.

The University Counseling Center is facilitating a nationally-recognized QPR Suicide Prevention Gatekeeper training that will dispel common misconceptions about suicide, help students recognize the warning signs, and empower you to save lives.
