Pelham Palooza Highlights
Thank you to everyone who stopped by the BFH Lemonade Stand Photo Booth at Pelham Palooza this year! We had a blast giving out tickets to the Just Show Up Show through Pelham Palooza and 103.7 the Q. It was so much fun to meet new friends and even to hang out with the owner of the Birmingham Bulls hockey team. We send out a huge thank you to the City of Pelham and Dreamgate Events for placing BFH front and center to share our story and spread awareness!
Hoops for Hope Tournament
Make plans to participate in our first Hoops for Hope 3-on-3 basketball tournament on August 12th at Pelham High School! Team registration is now open, and we are gratefully accepting sponsorships for the tournament. We hope you will come out to play, sponsor, or cheer and enjoy a day full of competition and fun!

Prevention Education
The summer has been a great opportunity for us to provide training to professionals about how to identify and intervene in human trafficking situations. We were thrilled to tour the new Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) center at SafeHouse Shelby County and lead a training for their staff! We have been in the process of developing our curriculum even further thanks to outstanding volunteers, and we continue to work with school systems to provide students the opportunity to learn from our prevention education. 
Magic City Con
We are excited to attend our 3rd annual Magic City Con June 30 - July 2! Weekend passes are very inexpensive to attend. Come by and visit the BFH table during the weekend, participate in our very own Sidequest Treasure Hunt at Kid Con on Saturday, and have the Mandalorian Mercs of the Star Wars universe arrest a friend or foe, with all proceeds benefiting BFH!
