New Black-led Organization Search Filter Launched

The Black-led Organization filter has been added to our Advanced Filter features on GivingMatters.com, and we want to make sure all Black-led Middle Tennessee nonprofits are included. This feature allows donors interested in learning more about or supporting Black-led nonprofit organizations, the ability to search nonprofits that match their philanthropic interests.

If your organization is Black-led and you haven't done so already, sign into your GivingMatters.com profile and select the Management tab. There, you will have the option to select one or more of the following:

• Our Executive Director/CEO is Black/African descent.
  
• Our organization’s Executive Director OR at least 50% of our leadership team is Black/African descent, at least 50% of our Board Members are Black/African descent, AND at least of 50% of who we serve is Black/African descent.
• Our organization’s Executive Director OR at least 50% of our leadership team is Black/African descent.
  
  If one or more of the above apply to your organiation, be sure to make these changes in your profile TODAY as we continue to support matching potential donors with important causes they care about.
