The 63rd Annual Fall Conference & Trade Show is scheduled for October 12-14, 2016 at the Gaylord Resort & Convention Center in Davidson County (Nashville).  the hotel block is currently full.  If your have a room at the conference hotel and wish to cancel it, please call the TCSA staff so that your room may be transferred to someone on the wait list.  TCSA does not have an overflow hotel, however there are numberous hotels very nearby to the Opryland Resort & Convention Center:

  • The Inn at Opryland - 615-889-0800
  • Holiday Inn Express & Suites - 615-829-7777

The Tennessee County Commissioners Association (TCCA) will be conducting its annual regional meetings held across the state during the months of August and September.  All meetings will begin at 6:00pm local time.  Below is the updated schedule for the remaining meetings.   
  • September 13th:  Catfish Cabin, Madison County (Jackson)
  • September 15th:  Del Monaco Winery, Putnam County (Baxter)
  • September 20th:  Catfish House, Robertson County (Springfield)
  • September 22nd:  Henry Horton State Park, Marshall County (Chapel Hill)
  • September 27th:  Lee University, Bradley County (Cleveland)


CTAS is offering several training classes around the state in the months of August and September.  Below is a schedule of classes offered and their locations.  ALL classes are from 8:30a.m. to 12:30p.m. local time.  Contact the CTAS Training Department to register for these classes or for more information.
