Dear Student:
We look forward to welcoming you to campus very soon. All incoming first-year international students are required to participate in International Student Orientation which begins with move-in on Wednesday, August 14.
In order to help us prepare for your arrival, you must complete the Pre-Arrival form in the Housing Portal. Please complete the form by July 15. The form will ask you to provide information related to your travel and arrival plans, the number of guests you will bring with you and their contact information, and any translation services you or your guests may require to fully participate in orientation. You will also have an opportunity to request complimentary transportation from the Nashville International Airport to campus, or to pre-purchase a linen package. Linen packages are $50 USD plus tax and include a pillow, sheets, blanket, and towel. You can purchase them in advance or upon arrival.
Please collect all the required information before completing the form so that you need only complete it one time. If you have any difficulty accessing the form, please contact housing@vanderbilt.edu.
